Lepota - Citrus toner
This is deliciously scented toner that freshens and clears normal to oily skin.
peel from 2 lemons, 2 oranges, and 1 grapefruit
1 1/4 cups/ 275 ml mineral water
2 tbsp/ 30 ml vodka (optional, but it doubles the shelf-life)
Place the citrus peels in a pitcher or bowl and pour on the mineral water. Cover and leave for 12 hours. Strain the liquid through a coffee filter into a sterilized bottle or jar. Add the vodka. Store in a refrigerator and use within two weeks (four weeks if vodka is added).
